How to Adjust Your Hyper Vest PRO:

Initial Adjustment: Before putting on the vest, slide the cord stop to an inch from the cord ends and completely loosen the side lacing.
Add Weights: Insert the 2.25 oz weights into the weight pockets as needed to achieve your desired resistance. Two weights can fit in each pocket.
Placement of Weights: Ensure the weights are evenly distributed. Load evenly front and back from the center out.
Putting On the Vest: Use the full front zipper for easy on and off.
Adjust Side Lacing: Tighten the side lacing evenly on both sides to ensure a snug fit. Avoid overtightening, which could restrict movement.
Handle Carefully: Do not drop causing metal weights to damage fabric.

Great vest

I was surprised how easy the vest was to adjust. Wearing it more every week and hopefully will start adding weight. It's unobtrusive enough that I throw it on when we walk a couple of miles for dinner. I'm planning to start wearing when I round in the hospital. Easy to throw a fleece over and very comfortable. The for a small petite woman like myself is perfect.

I ordered a large,probably should have followed the advice and gone with a extra large. Even so it is pretty comfortable way to carry some extra pounds around.

A Tight Perfect Fit

This vest is just what I needed as I strengthen by aging bones with my daily 2 mile walks. I recommend a tight fit (which I have) in a small, as it seems to keep the weights well-balanced and comfortably distributed around my frame. I'm 5'3" 138 lbs.
